L'analyse de la gestion des projets et la définition de ces derniers est intéressante, et la plupart des méthodes évoquées sont relativement simples à mettre en place.
Dommage que l'auteur soit de l'école "Dire en 300 pages ce qu'on pourrait dire en 100 pages". Beaucoup trop de fioritures.
